Room for a crewmember

Hi,
I intend to sail from Germany to Sweden this summer and have room for one or two non smoking crew.
Some experience is welcome,a sense of humor is a must for all aboard.
The boat is very wel equipped with all usual safety gear and is in a very good condition.

No alcohol while sailing but we will be in harbour from time to time.
