We are currently recruiting hardworking, professional captain and chef couples to join our growing fleet in the Virgin Islands starting in October 2023. We run premium term charter vacations on high end luxury catamarans and we want YOU! This is an entrepreneurial role and offers competitive compensation, an independent lifestyle and the ability to meet personal and professional goals. Requirements include minimum RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (commercial) or 100 Ton USCG Master's License (captain), STCW (both), Dive Master or Instructor (one or with the interest in learning), Strong Hospitality Background (both), Aux Sail Endorsement (USCG captain). I had the joy of joining Charter Caribe between 2021-22. They offer a strong network of service team members and coordination from the office to ensure every charter runs smoothly. Moreover, the fleet of fellow captains and crew make for a great family. They are ever available to dinghy over a spare part when you need it most, can provide the council of their knowledge on local waters to those unfamiliar, and will surely remain lasting friends.
