I’m looking for female crew and not male crew (sorry guys!) because occasionally I take guests on board (even families) and a feminine presence better suits to the offered position.
I cannot guarantee money for your collaboration, but in July and August some incomes appear and will be shared fairly, I offer accomodation, meals and teaching, than rewards when we go sailing with paying guests.
I’m a clean and respectful captain and all I ask is crew treat the boat with the same respect and cleanliness.
There is no other crew on board, as I usually manage this boat alone.
North East Sardinia (Maddalena, Costa Smeralda, Tavolara... sometimes Corse) no ports, sea life and very easy going.
My girlfriend will be onboard most weekends, I’m not looking for a romantic exchange.
A little common sense, competent swimmer and to be free of sea sickness are the basic requirements to host here a beginner.
