She was built in Vancouver around 1977, the glass is 1 3/8" at the turn of the bilge, no blistering at all. The Cler Mar is 12 tons with heavy stays and shrouds. She has excellent sea kindly-ness. She has a very clean deck and a wide, spacious center cockpit. The mainsail has not been out of its bag much, still has good shape and is basically new (2019).
