Interesting looong sail - From Japan through the Indian Ocean, the Atlantic into the Mediterranean Sea. A one year sail.

Although I can sail my boat single handed, I am looking for a crew of 1 - 2 additional people for safety reasons and better sharing of watches.
Boat:
Privilege 435 catamaran
Expectation to crew member(s):
- Hands on in general and especially during sailing maneuvers
- Sharing watches
- Cooking and kitchen work (but I will bake bread and make yogurt)
Offer to crew member(s):
- Well equipped and maintained boat
- Training will be done in all what is needed - never something will be done without explanations and clear understanding
- Gaining lots of experience
- Collecting miles - about 15 000 NM
- Communication and discussion about very many topics
- Skipper with responsibility and experience sharing life with international people
- Your own double cabin with your own toilet and shower
- Communication via Starlink - emergency case also via Garmin InReach phone

You can learn as much as you want and can absorb. From theoretical elements up to any hands-on activities; Naviagation on paper charts can be included.
Looking for reliable crew member(s) with hands-on mentality. If sailing experience exists, it is better, but I have a lot of experience in bringing full novices up to high skill level in a very short time. So, a novice is welcome as well. Arrival on board if a bit before departure. Japan is an interesting country to look at. Crew should be able to have conversations in ONE of the following languages: English, Japanese, German.
Variable expenses are to be shared.
