Gibraltar to cartegena
I am moving my Jeanneau sun odyssey 37 from west wales to Spain.
The boat is a 2005 and well equipped. Been on the hard all winter and I’ve taken the hull back to gelcoat and epoxy primed and antifouled. New cutless bearing.
If you are looking to build miles and want to talk about possibly coming aboard for part/all of the trip then get in touch. it will be a shared contribution basis on food, drink, marinas etc. visas if required will be covered by yourselves.
all boat costs will be covered by myself.
You will be expected to keep a rotational watch, share the cooking and cleaning responsibilities and line handling.
In general I expect it to be a pretty chilled atmosphere. I’m not a racer. I like to sail efficiently but not in a hurry.
I won’t be rushing to make the passages and will be minimising risks at all times. If the weather doesn’t look good enough we will be waiting. Safety of the crew and vessel is my priority.
We have arrived in la Coruna from west wales.
Heading down the Portuguese coast and arriving in Gibraltar around the 12-15th May. Where the current crew are departing so looking for a crew change to carry on further east.
