Delivery Bahamas to Guadeloupe

Hi,
I'm looking for a crew ,novice or competent, to deliver a Bali 45 from Marsh Harbour to Guadeloupe.
The airplane ticket is refund ,the crew share the provisioning cost. We will arrived about 10 days later.
Diesel is paid by the captain.
We're leaving on Saturday the 30th from Marsh Harbour.
