Crewmember for Pacific crossing

Heya!

We're a family of three crossing the South Pacific from Panama City to The Marquises this April from the 21st. We're looking for one crewmember to join us that:
- Is open minded and fun to be around (we speak English)
- Loves to play with our 2,5 year old daughter
- Is an experienced monohull sailor
- Helps in the galley
- Will share basic expenses with us

  • Boat descriptionOur sailboat is a 1993 monohull. SHe's a Ketch rigged yacht especially made for ocean crossings. The past year we've upgraded her with everything needed to get us across safely. We equipp ed new navigation software, new safety gear such as a liferaft and lifevests. Besides 800 liters of fresh drinking water we have a watermaker and loads of food aboard. We have revised the hull, new sails, new rigging and a fully revised engine. With good conditions we use the 5 sails aboard to sail comfortably to the west. The Amel system provides a safe way to circumnavigate and we know how to use it. We often sail between 7 and 9 knots. We have a spare cabin with three beths that is for you during the trip. In addition to that you get a personal, private shower+toilet combination. We cover expenses in regards to the yacht and expect to share costs of living (food & drinks).
