Next summer sailing

Hello,
My boat is going back to water in June. The sailing will either take us to the Canary Islands, or to Ireland.
Nice boat, classic lines, fully equiped. Own cabin, no smoker, no alcohol at sea.
Your captain, many miles sailed, is also engineer, country man (forestry, olive oil, landscaping) and planning expeditions in Patagonia, NZ, Australia.
