Deckhand - Permanent - Min exp 1 years - $3500 - General (Caribbean)
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking 4th Deckhand to join our 80’ Sunreef operating a dual-season private and charter program between the Caribbean and Mediterranean, including Atlantic crossings on either side.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain strong sailing experience and build mileage toward Yachtmaster, with regular transatlantic passages as part of the program.
Vessel Program:
Private owner use + commercial charters
Caribbean winters / Mediterranean summers
Transatlantic crossings twice yearly
Active watersports program onboard
Responsibilities:
Washdowns, detailing, and teak care
General deck maintenance & upkeep
Assisting with sailing operations
Tender driving & guest watersports support
Line handling & watchkeeping during passages
Supporting guest experience during charters
Previous experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and good attitude.
Requirements:
Yachtmaster Offshore (or working toward) preferred
Powerboat Level 2
Valid STCW & ENG1
Team player with positive attitude
Comfortable with offshore passages
Interest in surfing / kiteboarding a plus
