Need a crew to sail my boat from Ensenada, Mexico to Iquique, Chile. They mst be experienced, offshore, team players able to handle rotational day and night watches doing whatever is necessary to sail my boat.

  • Boat descriptionUP DATE - My Tartan 37CB was designed by Sparkman and Stevens to be a serious Blue Water Sailboat, with a recently rebuilt Center board that draws about 5 feet when up and 7"4" when down, which helps an experienced sailor to make my Tartan 37 perform to weather and running down wind extremely well. It has a B&G Vulcan 9 Chart Plotter, new Simrad TP32 Auto Pilot, Garmin VHF, Marine music system, three new AGM no maintenance group 31 batteries, Charged by two 120W Solar panels, 12v inverter to power the 110v outlets, Refrigeration with freezer, Propane Stove, 20 gallons of propane, 90 gallons water and extra fresh water capacity, Universal 40 diesel with two blade propeller gets very good speed and distance at 1500 RPMs, 54 gallons fuel and nine 5 gallon jerry cans, Four person Revere Offshore Commander 2.0, Safety gear, Davitts for a dingy, Set up for single handing with Harkin furler, one main backup sail, one backup jib for furler, one 75 oz UK Flasher with dowser for winds below 15 knots, Tools and spare parts necessary to make a long trip, three hundred plus feet of 3/4” rode in the forward rode locker with a 35 pound CQR main anchor, an additional three hundred plus feet of backup rode under main anchor rode in the forward rode locker, a spare 35 pound CQR anchor in cockpit locker, a Danforth 24 stern anchor in the cockpit locker, 300 plus feet anchor rode in stern locker, and with the Harkin furling system is Set up for single handing. The Bottom was recently professionally painted with easy to clean Epoxy paint that must be cleaned with a soft cloth NO SCRAPERS!
