2 ketch fleet from BC to Hawaii. pacific crossing
Looking for experienced pacific ocean sailors ready to take two sailboats to Hawaii from BC, Canada, or can pick you up in Bellingham, Wa. If you don't want to enter Canada. One is a 1989 William Garden 50" center cockpit ketch, the other is a 38' steel hull ketch.
Our departure date is roughly August 8 - or + a few days.
I'm a 49 year old man(look and act much younger) with limited experience sailing large boats and a moderate amount, sailing racing dinghys.(100 days)
Tech and mechanical savvy.
I'm an easy going guy who needs to move these boats to his current home base(big island of Hawaii), and beyond after a time in the Hawaiian islands.
Lots of life experience but less so sailing large boats like this. I'm Social and kind and good at making friends, music and storytelling.
Position would include basic meals and good conversations. And a whole lot of great experience.
You bring extra snacks and personal items.
Musical instruments are a plus!
Looking for a crew willing to share an adventure and get some miles(2600nm) logged.
Already have 3 experienced captains and a couple other deck hand possibilities. Looking mostly for extra hands who need the experience and are willing to volunteer their time.
First boat has two heads, full galley, heater, AC, roomy cabin, sleeps 6, starlink internet access, and has a workshop onboard.
Second has a pilot house and a nice diesel oven range and sleeps 3.
Willing to take as many good hearted people as will fit but you must be humble and open minded and willing to learn and socialize.

Thanks for your consideration!
Update: June 4th:
I still haven't decided on the actual crew but I do have many experienced people wanting to join already.
Please give me your resumes and skill/experience sets and I will be deciding on a dedicated crew soon.
Thanks for all the replies and interest.
This is our first but surely not last trip so maybe I will have another trip coming soon that fits your particular location and interests.
Note: for some reason I can't upload any pictures of the bigger ketch, the 50' 1989 William Garden.
If you join my telegram group, you can see it there.
Fair winds and a hui hou!
