Deckhand - Permanent - £To be discussed - General (Europe)

We’re a relaxed, active couple (onboard ~50% of the time) looking for an experienced, hands-on skipper/deckhand to join our beautiful 72ft head-turning sailing yacht. Classic rig, warm climates, and an owner who actually knows what he’s doing (promise—no duct tape shortcuts).

Must have:
– Solid sailing and maintenance skills (classic yacht experience a plus)
– Respectful, positive attitude
– Willing to travel: Med this summer, then Atlantic crossing, Caribbean & beyond

You’ll be part of a calm, capable, and collaborative team—no drama, no deck hierarchies. Just sunshine, great sailing, and plenty of real work mixed with adventure.
