Port Douglas Race Week, Far North Queensland
The event:
Port Douglas Race Week. The sailing schedule includes passage races around the stunning Low Isle and Snapper Islands, as well as technical buoy racing off the famous Four Mile Beach. A fun, relaxed race week.
The boat:
"Dena", a Hanse 370e from Cairns Yacht Club.
No spinnaker (Division 2).
The crew:
Skipper is "Smiley" from Cairns Yacht Club
First Mate is "D" from Cairns Yacht Club
The applicants (i.e., you):
Has at least one season of yacht racing experience. Relaxed in nature and stays cool, calm and collected under pressure. Physically agile, fit and healthy. Safety conscious. Can understand and follow instructions provided in English. The crew will need to find their own accommodation in Port Douglas for the week.
