Join Us Aboard Our Oyster 56: Lower Ionian Islands, Corinth Canal, Saronic Islands, Cyclades, Crete, Malta, Tunisia.

Crete to Malta is 560nm passage 3-4 days some experience required.

We are looking for crew to join us on our Oyster 56 as we explore the stunning anchorages of the lower Ionian Islands and cruise onwards to Tunisia, Malta, Crete via the Corinth Canal. We liveaboard full-time and love sharing our sailing lifestyle with friendly, adventurous people eager to learn, help, and enjoy life at sea.

Why we’re looking for crew:
We enjoy having like-minded, easygoing people onboard who can contribute to the daily running of the yacht, participate in sailing, and share in the adventure. Crew help create a friendly, collaborative atmosphere and can gain firsthand experience of the liveaboard lifestyle.

What crew can expect onboard:
• Hands-on sailing experience in a relaxed, supportive environment.
• Opportunities to assist with daily routines including cooking, cleaning, anchoring, and minor maintenance.
• Comfortable, well-equipped living aboard: Starlink Wi-Fi, aircon/heating, watermaker, washing machine, RIB dinghy, kayak, and inflatable toys.
• Flexible boarding along the route, with a minimum 7-night stay per leg—or longer if desired.

Itinerary:
We cruise the lower Ionian Islands, visiting anchorages and harbors including Lefkada, Meganisi, Ithaca, Fiskardo, and Agia Pelagia Marina, Kefalonia, before continuing via the Corinth Canal and exploring the Saronic and Cyclades Islands en route to Crete then to Malta and Tunisia. We anchor whenever possible and only use marinas when necessary or preferred.

Who we’re looking for:
• Friendly, adaptable, easygoing, and happy to be part of a small team.
• Enthusiastic about sailing, exploring, and life aboard a yacht.

Skills:
No specific skills required—anyone willing to help, learn, and contribute is welcome. Experience in sailing, cooking, or boat maintenance is a bonus but not essential.

Costs:
The daily rate is €100 per person, covering onboard consumables, linen, Starlink Wi-Fi, dinghy and outboard, and water. Food, fuel, and marina costs are shared among everyone onboard. Maximum 4 crew.

She’s fast, stable, and perfect for Mediterranean cruising, island hopping, and offshore passages. Onboard you’ll find Starlink, aircon/heating, watermaker, washing machine, fully equipped galley, RIB dinghy with 20HP outboard, kayak, and inflatable toys. Safety is fully covered with life raft, EPIRB, life jackets, and multiple anchors. We generally anchor whenever possible, using marinas only when needed or preferred. We live aboard full-time and are led by a female Yachtmaster Instructor, ready to teach sailing skills and liveaboard life. Perfect for friendly, adventurous crew who want luxury, hands-on experience, and a taste of true life at sea.
