Lanzarote to Gibraltar via Madeira

I am looking for 1-2 crew to sail to Gibraltar via Madeira from Lanzarote with one other comp crew and me.
Some ocean sailing would be helpful. You must be able to keep watch and have at least basic sailing skills.
We will complete the trip in 2 legs: Lanzarote to Madeira or Porto Santo. You will need at least 2 weeks available to allow for weather windows.
You must be a motivated, committed, positive person, happy to cook, make tea and coffee, and help in keeping the boat clean and tidy.
Food, fuel (hopefully not a lot), and marina costs will be shared; any other costs will be covered by me.
No alcohol when underway, beers in the marinas.
