Looking for crew Croatia/Turkey
Hello fellow sailing enthusiasts!
I'm Tibor (46), the skipper, and together with my good friend Robert (47), we're planning a laid-back sailing trip in the beautiful Mediterranean this summer/autumn. We're looking for 1 or 2 additional crew members to join our small, easy-going team for some unforgettable island hopping or coastal cruising.
Where & When
We’ll depart from either:
Punat, Croatia (perfect for exploring the stunning Kvarner Bay, Krk Island, and the Dalmatian coast)
Göcek, Turkey (gateway to the turquoise Turkish Riviera, with hidden bays, ancient ruins, and crystal-clear waters)
Dates: Flexible in June (early summer vibes, fewer crowds) or September (warm seas, pleasant weather, end-of-season calm). The exact itinerary and duration will be decided together based on weather, preferences, and group energy—think 1–3 weeks of relaxed sailing.
What to Expect
Gentle coastal and island hopping: short day sails, plenty of time for swimming in turquoise bays, exploring charming villages, enjoying fresh seafood, and watching stunning sunsets from the deck.
No rush, no strict schedules—just good company, good food, and the freedom of the sea.
A relaxed, friendly atmosphere: we're two easy-going guys in our mid-40s who love sailing, good conversations, laughter, and sharing a cold drink at anchor.
No Experience Needed
We don't require any prior sailing knowledge—just a positive attitude, willingness to lend a hand (easy tasks like helming, trimming sails, or helping with lines), and a love for the sea and adventure. We'll show you the ropes and keep things fun and safe.
Costs
All shared equally among the crew: vessel expenses, fuel, marina fees (when needed), and shared provisioning/food. No extra skipper fees or hidden costs—just fair, transparent sharing.
