Crew Member – Palma Sailing Base
We are looking for a motivated and professional Crew Member to join our Palma base and assist during our sailing experiences. The role involves supporting the skipper in the smooth operation of each trip while ensuring an excellent guest experience on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the skipper with sailing operations, including anchoring and sail manoeuvres
- Welcome guests on board and provide a professional introduction to the experience
- Serve drinks and snacks and maintain high hospitality standards throughout the trip
- Support guest comfort and safety during the sailing experience
- Help with boat preparation and turnaround between trips
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming onboard environment
Trip Format
Trips are operated in 4-hour time slots, requiring punctuality, efficiency, and a high level of service during each experience.
