Private owner of a Catamaran Astrea 42 fully equipped with Solar panels, lithium battery, water maker, I have sailed over 15,000 Nm. I'd like to hire an experienced, safety-conscious and reliable deckhand to sail with me in the Mediterranean over the coming months. Our departure port will be Canet -en - Roussillon. I am aiming to spend some time in Croatia. Typical duties include line handling for docking, anchoring and mooring. Exterior cleaning and maintenance ( washing decks, polishing stainless, cleaning windows,basic repairs, varnishing....) Assisting me during manoeuvres and when entering or leaving port. Cooking will be appreciated.

With its self sufficient photovoltaic panels, watermaker, fully equipped galley, one can literally get lost in the infinite blue of the northern Aegean, or anywhere else, without any need for port calls unless wishing to explore a place, stroll the streets, taste the local cuisine in a taverna, refuel or get some help with a repair. An easy going skipper with a good taste of music, wine, food and conversation. Would repeat any time.
