22m Modern Classic Sailing Yacht is looking for a Second Crew (Chef/Deck/Stew) to join a high-end private & select charter program.
Position: All-rounder (Chef / Deckhand / Stewardess)
Crew: 2 crew total (Captain + Second Crew)
Base: Palma
Start: May
Program: Exclusive charter & private use
Role:
• Cooking for guests (high standard, fresh and healthy cuisine)
• Assisting on deck and during sailing
• Interior & guest service
• Working closely with the Captain in a professional two-crew setup
Requirements:
• ENG1 & STCW
• Sailing yacht experience
• Confident cook
• Is organized, discreet, and enjoys working in a small, professional crew
• Has experience in small crew setups
• Loves being part of a team and delivering a high-quality guest experience
