CHASE BOAT DECKHAND
€3,250–€3,500 DOE | Seasonal until end October | Genoa start (ASAP)
We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a busy chase boat program, starting ASAP for the 2026 Med season.
This is a hands-on dual role with a strong emphasis on deck operations, water sports, and guest logistics, with occasional support required onboard the mothership.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all deck duties including washdowns, maintenance, and general upkeep
Guest transfers (including driving guests to/from the tender)
Manage and maintain water sports equipment (jet skis, swimming setups, toys)
Support guest activities and ensure safety during water use
Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 1 full season experience on a large chase boat (~60ft)
Comfortable with guest interaction and transfers
Water sports confident (jet skis, swimming, toys)
Full driving licence required
Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
Non-smoker/Vaper
Package:
Salary: €3,250–€3,500 DOE
