The plan is to overwinter in the area of Tromsø, where there will be many humpback whales and killer whales in November and February. I have witnessed that there were about 700 killer whales in Andfjorden.
They come because the herring is going to breed.

Tromsø is also called the north of Paris because of the many restaurants and the very international life that is up there.
In 2019 we will sail to Svalbard / Spitsbergen in June, July and the first half of August
The area is free, so it is cold but not very cold.
Svalbard is the polar bears land, with about 3000 bears and 2500 people. There are also walrus there, and of course whales, and especially I would like to find the "white whale" Belugahvalen.
After Svalbard, the weather will determine whether it can be East Greenland or Iceland. I have a deal with Plastic Change that we will drag a Mantatravl, to make measurements regarding microplastic and plastic more generously
