Cook/Stew - Temporary / Seasonal - €2500-3500 - Italy
A 28m clacssic sailing yacht (charter) is looking for a stewardess/cook with a great all-round skill set to join the crew.
Experience of at least 1 season on a sailing yacht is required.
The Chef/Stewardess will be the person responsible for the interior of the vessel and for providing superior hospitality service.
Excellent service and managerial skills are a necessity, as is having a good degree of creative flair.
As a Cook, your style should focus on fresh, local, produce with a flair for presentation.
The position calls for a dynamic individual with the ability to self-organise and handle last minute changes with fluidity.
The season is from April to October 2019 in the Med with peak events in South of France and is both interesting and fast paced
Living quarters are tight and you must have a considerate, can-do, team-player attitude.
The yacht runs with three crew, so some help on deck during sailing is a plus.
The season will include both owner trips and guest charters, as part of a larger, classic-yacht fleet.
