Sailing Adventure
I'm currently in Dominica and have gone as far north on my own as I desire to. My plan is pretty loose as I am a full-time liveaboard cruiser. North through the VI's, Bahamas, the the US? West through the canal? Depends on the crew and what we're feeling.
The boat is a 2017 Lagoon 42 that is self sufficient, modern, and very comfortable. I'm solo and could take on between 1 and 3 people. You will have a private stateroom and head.
UPDATE: Two spots are filled until February when they'll be dropping off in either Florida or the Bahamas so we've got one spot left open.
Night watch, docking, mooring, cooking, cleaning, repairs. These are all things I'll need help with.
I am willing to train the right person but I am looking for someone willing to be a sailor and not a passenger.
Costs will generally be covered by the captain. If you are a dive instructor, accomplished cook, can speak Spanish and/or French, and love to keep a clean ship (like I do), that would be a huge bonus.
If you enjoy photography or videography and like to document things, that's also a big plus.
I'm really hoping to find someone that is looking for a longer term travel so we can get some exploration in.
