Long term cruising Caribbean ?

Hello Crewbay,
I'm a German sailor on a 44" Jeanneau - finally crossed the Atlantic in January 2023.
Now enjoying Island hopping in the Caribbean. After spending Hurricane season in Grenada and Tobago, I just arrived in Santa Marta, Columbia for Christmas. In the new year I will head north and stay in the Caribbean for one more season. Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Bahamas, maybe México ... let's see ;-)

I'm looking for crew to join this adventure - completely or at least for a longer period.
Sailing experience is highly welcome, but not a must!
Everything with the boat is payed, cost of living should be shared.

Cruising with a Captain and his cat.

Sailing with Jan was a fantastic experience. He's cool, funny and can see where there's wind on the water. We opened the sails every time we sailed (even in low wind), it was great learning from him proper navigation. We sailed around the island of Greece, and he knew to find the best spots for anchoring. Makamae the boat feels very homely and comfortable. Kolumbus the cat is an excellent skipper as well :)
