OWING TO COVID-19, I AM SADLY UNABLE TO SAIL THIS SUMMER. I WILL FINISH WORK ON THE BOAT IN SEPTEMBER AND SHE WILL GO IN THE WATER IN 2021. I WILL KEEP YOU ALL POSTED FOR THE SKIPPER SLOT. THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

I am looking for either a Skipper or a Skipper and spouse (M/F) to take charge of my 72' Robert Clark ketch "Zenara" and help me to upgrade from competent coastal skipper of my 30' sloop to managing Zenara. Will be sailing with family and friends. All of us will pitch in and I need a patient coach to upgrade my competencies!

  • Boat descriptionFully equipped and coded boat - all necessary sails plus good auxiliary motor, autohelm, etc. Boat is old but has been beautifully maintained and kept up. I am just buying her now from a friend and I need a skipper and possibly 2nd person to help me through the first summer when we plan to sail from Sant Carles de la Rapita to the Balearics, Sardinia, Corsica. My experience: have been sailing since 10 years old, had my own small sloop for past 15 years, have sailed it solo from Denmark to Le Havre but need to upgrade my skills to be a confident blue-water skipper. Coaching me is part of the job and hopefully part of the fun.
