sail/diver charter business

Hi all,
I am about to commence a refurbishment of my sailing yacht Xenois.
She is a classic Laurent Giles designed ketch cutter 19.5M and 50 tonnes.
I plan on refitting her to go on sail/dive charters destination to be determined !!!

I am looking for person/s to get involved with the refurbishment with a view to helping to establish the business and work on there after.
I am an open book with regard to skills/experience required. But mechanical, electrical, carpentry and boating knowledge would be a major bonus.

she is bethed in portland UK at present ( long story !!!) but plan on moving her to a yard in cornwall early december or january to commence fittout
