Caretaker (single person or couple) required for a long term position in a private vineyard in Domaine des Planes.
Accommodation is provided on the property in a 2 bedroom apartment. The suitable candidate needs to live in the apartment full time without any exceptions.
The main house is 4 bedroom with pool & spa.
Pool villa is 2 bedroom plus living room and gym.
Tennis court & vegetable garden.
500 square meter garden.
Dog on property.
The vineyard produces 400litres of wine via a contract with neighbouring property.
Duties include but not limited to:
● Outside maintenance: gardening, pool, spa, general repairs, tree trimming..etc
● Handyman duties such as plumbing or painting
● Take care of the dogs: feeding, vet visits, walking
● Ensure perfect cleanliness and maintenance of the cars
● Inform immediately potential issues or incident to his employer
● Occasional driver
● Security of the property
● Cleaning and tidying of the property
● Laundry and the ironing of the entire family
● Shopping of groceries
● Prepare simple and healthy meals
● Occasional table service

Whatchout!! with the owner
The owner and the agent of this vessel are a pair of trickters. At the end of my contract they looked for a lame excuse to not pay my wedges. I try to file a complain in Sweeden but lawyers charge 250 eu p/h. The owner is an spoiled egotistic racist and abuses and treats the crew like slaves.
