Captain - Permanent - €5000 - General (Europe)

The Yacht Set: Captain required for immediate start on a 34M classic charter MY, Atlantic Endeavour.

Suits younger energetic Captain with the willingness and ability to work hard on deck, a track history of staying with a job, fluent in English as a first language and some (AEC type) engine room knowledge.

The yacht runs strict budgets and is hard work. The Captain will be expected to run a crew of 5/6 in the summer and 1-2 in the winter months, and to assist with all aspects on deck, It is generally a very busy back to back through the season.

The yacht is not based at any particular port and travels extensively in July and August. This year will be France, Italy and Ionian. The captain will work 10 months and have two months paid leave with a retainer during the downtime. Otherwise negotiable.

Joining in Genoa prompt. First charter will be July 1st. Yacht will be into refit this winter, so some work in Sept/oct planning refit work also.
