Caribbean/USA Sailing

I am looking for a crew member to help on passages. Doesn’t need too much experience but willing to learn. I am looking for a female open minded that can help with all the things in the boat. If you smoke is a deal breaker, sorry. The boat is a 40’ almost ready. I am a very layback person no smoke/drugs. I am looking for someone that can enjoy the adventure and the adrenaline rush. My main requirement would be, feel comfortable in the water. I can help with costs of things.
