Looking for a Competent Crew, Friendship, Mile building, or Paid/Voluntary work position
Hi - I've joined Crewbay with the intent of connecting with like-minded people. I'm passionate about sailing and have delighted in the many experiences I've had with over 10 years of living the salty life. I am an easy going, positive person who enjoys being at sea with safety always in mind. After many years of sailing in New England and spending the winter seasons in the Bahamas (2x) and the Caribbean (2x), I offer extensive experience as a live aboard/sailor ranging from provisioning, cooking, entertaining, day and night watches, navigation planning, reviewing weather windows, lines/fenders, setting and trimming sails, visual checks on engines, gofer (assistant) during routine maintenance, and attending to many other details for the boat and crew. I have over 15,000 nautical miles at sea, with several passages offshore and coastal sailing. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people and extending my sailing travels!
