Fiji / Vanuatu to Australia / Indonesia (July 28 – Oct 31) – Experienced Crew Member
Hello Pacific sailors!
I’m reaching the final stage of my round-the-world journey without flying!
I’m Louise, 28, from France (Vendée), traveling the world without planes for 20 months now.
I’m looking for a boat departing from Fiji or Vanuatu to sail to Australia (or straight to Indonesia – perfect as well) before cyclone season kicks in.
Experience
Over 10,000 nautical miles sailed:
• Atlantic crossing (2 months – Wauquiez Hood 38)
• Pacific crossing (2 months – Nautitech 46 Open)
• Island hopping across the Pacific (Bavaria 44, Lagoon 42 – 2 months)
Excellent references from my 4 previous skippers available.
What I bring on board
• Easygoing, reliable, always in a good mood
• Comfortable with night watches
• Used to living in small spaces and sharing cabins
• Can prepare fish and flip crepes even in rough seas
• Up for poker, chess, Skyjo, Mexican Train, dice games…
• Non-smoker, eats everything, travels light
• French passport ready for smooth check-ins
• Big fan of snorkeling and marine life
• Fluent in French, English, and Spanish
