I am excited to apply for a Sole Chef position aboard your vessel.
With ten years of experience in restaurants/catering and two years as a private chef in Saint Barth, I've taken the necessary steps to transition into the yachting industry, as it is as demanding and exciting field that strongly appeals to me.
I offer French and Mediterranean cuisine and pastry, with particular attention to the quality, origin, and nutritional value of the ingredients. I am used to fast-paced environments and working closely with a team in limited spaces. Additionally, I have lived on a boat, so I understand the challenges of onboard life and the importance of organization and teamwork.
I am able to adjust to any situation while maintaining a high standard of service and hygiene. Guest satisfaction is always my priority—my goal is to create custom-made experiences making sure that every guest feels well taken care of. I also take great care of the crew, ensuring that they enjoy varied and balanced meals.
I considered myself as discreet, dynamic, detail-oriented and easy-going.
I hold a French passport and driving license. I have a strong level of English, allowing me to communicate and understand effectively in an international environment.
I am available immediately and willing to travel anywhere. I am currently based in Lyon, France.
