Looking for a Competent Crew position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I only discovered sailing about 8 years ago, but became hooked immediately. Now have Yachtmaster Offshore and about 3400 miles, mostly in and around the Canary Islands. And now I would like to do some blue water sailing - don‘t have any commercial qualifications, and am happy to crew.
