Looking for a Novice Crew position
Hi there!
My name’s Laure, and I’m reaching out with a heart full of saltwater and a deep love for the ocean.
I’ve been passionate about the sea and traveling since I was little, and that passion has only grown over the years. From the vast coasts of Australia and New Zealand to the remote beauty of New Caledonia, Tahiti, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia, I’ve been chasing waves, diving into coral reefs, and soaking in every moment life on the water brings.
Some of my favorite memories include earning my PADI Open Water certification on the Great Barrier Reef (obtained my Advanced in the small island of Koh Tao, Thailand) and sailing on a catamaran around the Whitsundays in Australia. Though I haven’t worked on a boat yet, I’ve spent plenty of time on the water, and I’m eager to learn the ropes literally! I’m enthusiastic, hardworking, and a blank canvas ready to absorb everything you can to teach me.
I’m an open-minded and easygoing woman who loves hiking, yoga, and plant-based food. Whether it’s raining or shining, there’s nowhere I’d rather be than with salty skin, wind in my hair, and the horizon ahead.
I’m currently in Europe and ready to sail-open to routes anywhere the wind will take me. I’m available to join any type of crew with no time frame.
