Looking for a Competent Crew position

Hi, I recently got my MCA seafarer and the RYA Competente Crew course to begin a career in the sea. I am looking for oportunites to develop my sailing skills so i can prepare myself to do the Day Skiper course, my goal is to reach the Yachtmaster Ocean certificate. I possess the required safety training and last month i had my first sailing experience on a sailing Yacht in Spain.
