Looking for a Racing crew, Mile building, Friendship or Voluntary work position
Ahoy there!
I’ve just joined Crewbay and I’m on the lookout for a spot on a boat crossing the Atlantic this November. Whether it’s a relaxed passage or part of a competitive race, I’m ready to jump aboard and chase the horizon.
I’m 24 and will be between jobs from October to early January—so I’m seizing the chance to finally take on a dream that’s been calling me for years: crossing the Atlantic by sail.
I grew up around sailing—my dad and grandpa are both sailors—and I’ve logged plenty of time on boats, including helping out on Bavaria 50s and similar yachts across the Mediterranean and in Australia. While I haven’t done an ocean crossing yet, I’ve got solid hands-on experience, a real eagerness to learn, and I’m more than ready for the challenge.
I speak English and German, have first aid training, and love connecting with people from all walks of life. I’ve lived abroad for two years—one in the US, one in Australia—and really value the friendships and stories that come from international crews.
I’m open-minded, positive, a fast learner, and always ready to pitch in—on deck, in the galley, or wherever I’m needed. Mostly, I’m looking for an adventurous, collaborative crew to share an unforgettable experience on the open ocean.
Looking forward to meeting fellow ocean wanderers—see you out there!
