Looking for a Novice Crew position

Hi - Im Joey, Im looking for a novice crew position to improve my skills and hopefully go on some adventures. I am a tour guide located in Darwin Australia. Im pretty handy and fast learning I have experience sailing dingys but little in the world of open water sailing. I have experience in rock climbing, carpentry, truck driving and am a keen surfer.
