Looking for a Chef or Cook position
I'm interested in finding a position as a Chef or cook. This would be a new venture for me and so a small crew and maybe a small number of guests would be appropriate, I'm thinking 10 persons would be no problem. I have owned restaurants in the past and so have had the necessary hygiene training and know my way around a kitchen. I enjoy cooking. I am also an ex marine Chief Engineer and so can turn my hand to many things besides cooking. I have travelled the world ( on ships and yachts ) and have recently spent time on passenger yachts as engineer. Yes, I'm an old boy but still see myself as an asset not a liability. I am fit and relatively healthy and have no ongoing medical issues. I am retired and have no dependents and so I'm free to do anything and go anywhere. Money is not the driving factor here although I don't come for free! I am British but live in Spain and have EU residency. I can't write everything here about my skills and experience - a simple phone call would be good. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
