Looking for a Competent Crew, Racing crew, Bosun or Deckhand position for the ARC 2025!
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Competent Crew, Racing crew, Bosun or Deckhand. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people and very interested in racing the ARC this year!
I'm Lucía, from Santander, a coastal city in the North of Spain. I'm a sea lover, I've been sailing as long as I remember with my family and friends. I consider myself an optimistic, decisive and responsible person. I feel energetic and comfortable in new situations. I have good communication and problem-solving skills. I started sailing and racing in Optimist, then Europa, Vaurien, Laser or Snipe, while I used to sail in bigger boats making races or family trips. I always sail in the Bay of Biscay, the North coast of Spain, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Pais Vasco and the west coast of France. I've never stopped sailing, I currently own a sailboat and continue sailing and racing in my daily life. Now, I would like to cross the Atlantic Ocean as a crew member, for knowing other seas and places, increasing my sailor experience, for personal growth and above all, to continue enjoying what I like most in the world.
