Looking for a Novice Crew or Voluntary work position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew or Voluntary work. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I have experience with sailing small kiel boats, but Not so much with Yachts. I am collecting experience to do the German SKS next year and want to collect some Miles. I can Support in all positions on Board and am Happy to Help.
