Motivated and reliable novice crew | Eager to learn, help and grow in the yachting world
Hi! I’m Dan, a motivated and adaptable crew member from Spain, currently based in Ibiza. I’m relatively new to sailing, but I bring strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a deep desire to learn everything about life at sea.
I hold the STCW95, the PER (Spanish coastal skipper certificate), and the ENG1 medical. I’m especially interested in gaining hands-on experience on sailing yachts or motor yachts, and I’m open to both private and professional opportunities: deliveries, crossings, seasonal work or longer-term positions.
My background is in hospitality, so I’m used to working under pressure, dealing with clients, and maintaining high standards. I’m fluent in Spanish, English and basic french, a quick learner, easygoing, clean and always respectful onboard.
Physically fit, non-smoker, no seasickness issues, and happy to assist with deck work, galley duties, watches or general maintenance.
