After 7+ years in the tech industry, from intern to Software Team Lead, I realised my true passion lies in providing unforgettable service, travel, and hands-on problem solving, making yachting the perfect fit. My background in IT and systems engineering has equipped me with strong technical troubleshooting skills, people management experience, and a calm, analytical mindset under pressure.
4+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality across South Africa and Florida, USA, including silver service. plated service and banquet breakdown, setup, and service.
3+ years as a dance and fitness instructor, giving me excellent communication, teamwork, and guest-facing confidence.
I’m highly motivated to support AV/IT operations, technical troubleshooting, and assist with engineering tasks or any other guest-facing roles, making me a strong asset for AV/IT, Engineer or hybrid Deck/Stew roles onboard.
Born and raised on South Africa’s south coast, the ocean has always been a part of who I am. Whether it’s diving, paddling, or simply chasing waves, I make the most of every opportunity to be in the water. I’m passionate about travel, having lived and worked in every major city in SA as well as Florida, USA. Always on the hunt for my next best shot with my camera or drone. A tech enthusiast at heart, I stay current with the latest innovations in IT and AV systems. When I’m not outdoors hiking, in the water, or exploring new tech, you’ll find me in the gym, staying active and focused.
