Looking for a Novice Crew position
I live in Suffolk and am looking to gain sailing experience. I grew up sailing with my father on the Deben and have crewed with him on a more occasional basis over the years (including a trip to Boulogne a few years ago). I am currently restoring a traditionally constructed Finesse 21 and have not been doing any sailing for a while. Whilst I am comfortable on sailing yachts and am used to crewing I could do with gaining more sailing experience. I am in my late 50s and am married and work locally. I am mostly available at weekends. I have my own car so am able to get myself around. I am definitely a cruising and not a racing sailor.
