Enthusiastic and Ready to Learn
Hi – I’ve just joined Crewbay and I’m excited to start my sailing journey. I am interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew / Volunteer Crew.
I don’t have much experience yet, but I am enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn. I’m happy to help with anything on board — whether it’s cooking, cleaning, standing watch, or simple deck work.
I enjoy meeting new people, teamwork, and learning new skills. My main goal is to gain experience, learn from others, and be a positive and helpful crew member.
I’m flexible with time and open to both short trips and longer adventures.
If you’re looking for someone motivated, easy-going, and willing to contribute wherever needed, I’d be very happy to join your crew.
