Enthusiastic Crew Available – Polish, Fluent English, Looking to Gain Miles and Offshore Experience
Hi skippers and fellow sailors!
My name is Jan, I’m from Poland, and I’m looking to gain miles and hands-on sailing experience anywhere in Europe. I know the basics of sailing and I’m eager to learn more while helping out on board.
What I can offer:
Fluent English and good communication skills
Fit, reliable, and comfortable with night watches and general deck duties
Positive, adaptable, and easy to live with on longer passages
Happy to help with cooking, cleaning, or any tasks around the boat
What I’m looking for:
Mile-building passages or delivery trips
Coastal or offshore cruising (Atlantic coast, Med, Baltic, wherever!)
Ideally low-cost or food-share only arrangements
I’m flexible on timing and can travel easily within Europe. My goal is to sail as much as possible, build confidence offshore, and eventually prepare for an Atlantic crossing in the future.
If you need an extra set of hands — for deliveries, training passages, or cruising — I’d be happy to join you and work hard.
