Hi, I am Andrei. Adventurous and adaptable, I’ve worked with the UN and OSCE in coordination and field operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. I thrive in remote and challenging environments, bring strong logistics and team skills, and speak several languages (Russian, English, French, Chinese, and some Arabic). I do various sports like surfing, cycling, bjj, and skiing. I enjoy cross-cultural teamwork and contributing wherever needed - from research and liaison work to practical camp, boat, and base support. I’m keen to bring my energy, resilience, and international experience to a crew, learn new skills at sea, and support the team in both work and life on board.
