Looking for a Boat Sitting position

Hi - I'm a General Practitioner in Western Australia and hoping to do a sailing sabbatical in 2026 with my husband. He is an ex commercial skipper who previously skippered in Greece and the Caribbean and loves being on the water. For the last 3 summers we have done a weeklong bareboat charter on a Lagoon 42 with family and friends and are keen to do some extended Mediterranean sailing trips. One day we may buy our own boat but are not quite ready for that yet. Would be happy to do some sailing with a yacht owner who was happy to have some help with skippering and crewing. Also happy to do a house/boat swap
