Looking for a Competent Crew, Novice Crew or Mile building position

I am looking to gain experience sailing monohulls or catamarans. I am certified through ASA 106 and have been bareboat chartering since 2017. I have sailed the BVI and San Juan Islands. Looking to extend my mileage and experience so I am confident to cruise from San Diego to Florida after we're empty nesters. I'm 49, and I work in software architecture. I am very fit and active. Non-smoker.
