My name is Aaron Byers I've been crewing and and working with the yachting industry since 2002.
I crewed on deck until 2010, then started, grew and later sold a very successful food truck company (Nacho Bizness) that was very active in catering for the yachting community.
I came back to crewing on yachts in 2018, running chase boats and doing deliveries. In 2021, I shifted gears and stepped into the role of head chef chasing a life long dream and I've been loving the move for the last 5 years - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Head Chef or 2nd Chef. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
